This is the year I thought there wouldn’t be a Christmas home tour. We moved into this house on December 1st. We’re in the midst of two major bathroom overhauls, and honestly, most of this house isn’t really very tour-worthy! After sharing a few shots to Instagram though, I realized that it’s still festive and fun, and I would regret not sharing our tour.
With no mantel I hung our stockings under this window. This year I splurged on these new stockings so that they would all match!Â
Eventually I’d love to paint our fireplace, but for now I love how the white skull and white garlands pop against the stone! That little built in nook is one of my favorite features of the room!
Entering the kitchen this arched opening is another architectural detail that I just love.
Just last week I built some new Ikea bookcases so that we finally were able to unpack our books!Â
These antlers stay out year-round, but I feel like they’re especially perfect at Christmas time!
Recently I took down the fluorescent light and swapped it out for new pendants, as well as got a new faucet and bar stools! Although we’re currently using a folding table I couldn’t help but make it more festive for Christmas!
If you’ve found anything you love, I’ve linked to many of the items in our home below. On mobile just double click.
Although it isn’t really part of the “home tour”, I had to sneak in the shot of these Peanut Blossoms I made this week. It just doesn’t feel like Christmas without them!
Lastly I have this picture I took the night we put up the tree. There’s just something so magical about it.
Thanks a ton for stopping by today to check out my late Christmas tour! Whether your house is decked to the top or if you’ve only got a few special decorations that you can find joy this Christmas season! Merry Christmas!
Very Pretty! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Merry Christmas, I really love your New house, feel homy.
