The past ten years have been a whirlwind of homes and as we’ve moved from house to house and I’ve documented all of the progress here. I’ve even been able to share a few tours from friend’s houses! I’ve shared ALL of the projects from ALL of the houses here. I hope these homes can inspire you to create a home that YOU love!

The London Road Fixer Upper is a home that my parents purchased in Duluth, Minnesota in 2017. They're currently fixing it up to resell and I've been helping them and blogging about it along the way! To see all the posts from this house just click on the images below!
The Houghton House is a home that my friend Erin purchased in Houghton, MI in 2018. It's a solid practical home for a single teacher, and I've been helping her update it and add character. To see all the posts from this house just click on the images below!
The "House up North" is my dear friend Heather's home in Marquette, Michigan. She's got AMAZING style and doesn't blog so she's allowed me to share it with you all here! Too see each post just click on the images below.
The Retro Ranch Reno was a quick flip that we only lived in for 6 months in 2015. It gave us our fair share of challenges, and after spending two months living in the basement while we renovated the main level we were overjoyed to move upstairs. In our short 6 months we made some serious improvements. Sadly we didn't make any money and we ended up selling this house a bit too soon to come out ahead.
Our Auction Adventure House is a home that needed a lot of love that we bought at auction in 2013. In a year and a half we flipped just about every room and put our own touch on it. See each room and how we transformed it.
The BrightGreenDoor house was our first house in North Dakota in 2012. When we purchased it in an oil boom town there weren't many options and this was just about the only home in our price range. We jumped in and in a year and half we completely transformed it.
In my pre-blogging days we purchased our very first home in 2009 in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado. It was a small ranch that we updated with paint and flooring that we'll never forget! This was the beginning of MANY similar ranch homes!
