As much as I love a good piece of art, a gallery wall, and photography, ofter times I’ve been looking for something different to hang on my walls. Often I’ve had readers and friends ask where I find these unique art pieces. Today I rounded up a bunch of modern unique wall hangings that would look great in almost any space. **This post contains affiliate links**

I’ll start with this MidCentury Metal Wall Art from Target. It was the perfect piece for at the top of our stairs across from the reading nook.
This Jaxon Metal Art from World Market is similar to my Threshold piece, and it could look great in so many different spaces.
Another place that I used a unique wall hanging was next to the bookshelves above the plant with this Nate Berkus Metal Wall Hanging from Target. **sadly this is discontinued**
Above my bar cart I’ve got this Threshold wall hanging from Target. This one is discontinued, but they sell these other great ones: Blue, or Cream Wall Hanging. Urban outfitters also sells this one that I LOVE.
In my Master bedroom above my bed I’ve got the Magical Thinking Klara Wall Art from Urban Outfitters. Above a bed is one spot that I don’t like to hang anything heavy, so a light wall hanging like this is perfect. **Sadly this is discontinued and I can’t find anything comparable anywhere**

Now that my fireplace is painted black, I’ve been looking for the perfect macrame hanging to hang across the front of it. I think this Maryam Macrame Banner from Urban Outfitters would look great.
Urban Outfitters has tons of affordable and unique wall hangings. I’ve been eyeing up this Magical Thinking Textured Shaga Wall Hanging for a long time but I just don’t have the right spot to hang it.
The same goes for this from Selma Wall Hanging from Urban Outfitters.
One person I love to follow on Instagram The Forest Fern. She makes and sells macrame wall hangings. It seems like she typically sells them in flash sales through her instagram account.
Another Instagrammer that I love to follow is Sunwoven. She makes custom weavings and sells them through her online shop. They’re are also sold at West Elm!
Anna Baileying is a woodworker who sells her custom creations on Etsy. She actually lives in Duluth, not terribly far from us, and I’d love to check out one of her pop-ups some time!
Hopefully I helped introduce you to a few new sources for modern unique wall hangings! Next time you’ve got a blank wall to fill I hope this helps you fill that void!

Love them! There are so many other things I love to, for instance, window seat. Beautiful wooden floor, just to name a few. Happy new year
Aw thank you! I SO appreciate your sweet comments.
