Gift Guide for Grandparents

June 27, 2017 By BrightGreenDoor

Is it just me or are grandparents some of the hardest people to shop for? They’re constantly saying that they don’t need anything, and although that might be true we want to show them our love with something sweet. Here’s some simple ideas that just about any grandparent can enjoy.Gift Guide for Grandparents**This post contains affiliate links, this means that if you make a purchase from the links I provide I may earn a small percentage at no additional cost to you.** A. Smartwool Socks  B. Slippers C. Spinner Suitcase D. Throw Blanket E. Picture Frame  F. K-Cups G. Jelly Sampler H. A. Smartwool Socks– This is my go to gift for everyone. Who wouldn’t enjoy a cozy pair of wool socks? Good for all ages and sizes. It’s also something many people won’t splurge on for themselves.

B. Slippers– Acorn slippers are our families favorite. Slippers are a great annual gift as the last pair wears out, these are also a gift that works across all generations.

C. Spinner Suitcase– Often grandparents are rocking their old dated luggage which is probably not a spinner. The awesome thing about the spinner suitcases with four sets of wheels is that you don’t have to tip them to roll them. This can be great as grandparents get older and don’t have the strength they used to.

D. Throw Blanket– I’ve gifted this specific blanket multiple times. It’s got a nice heavy weight to it that anyone would enjoy snuggling up with.

E. Picture Frame– Grandparents always enjoy photos of their kids and grandkids, why not print a few out and do the work of framing it for them?

F. K-Cups– For the practical grandparent who “doesn’t need anything”. Maybe you can just replenish their pantry with some of their favorite staples?

G. Jelly Sampler– Another practical item that feels a bit gourmet.

H. Herb Garden Kit– This herb garden kit is a great idea for anyone who likes to cook or grow things.

I. RTIC Tumbler– This tumbler keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. Great for coffee or soda drinkers.

J. Striped kitchen towels– Kitchen towels, pot holders, and wash cloths are something that people often won’t replace for themselves, but are appreciated.

K. Custom Photo Pillow– These custom photo pillows are a great reminder of a grandparent’s loved ones all the time. You can upload any photo and have it printed directly onto the pillow. My kids also get a kick out of seeing themselves on a pillow when they go to grandma and grandpas!
