Because we just moved into our house and still are picnic-ing on the floor, Dining Rooms are on my mind. Earlier this week I shared my inspiration photos and talked about how I use inspiration pics to plan out a room design. I still wasn’t 100% sure where the room design was going, but I knew that we couldn’t go much longer eating our meals on the floor. I knew I wanted a farmhouse table, and I couldn’t spend more than $1000.
When it came to shopping for an affordable farmhouse table, I shopped at some of my favorite places for buying furniture online: Amazon, Wayfair, World Market, and Target.

Amazon
Amazon is usually the first place I look for anything. Mainly because I love their 2-day Prime shipping, and I love reading all their reviews before I ever make a purchase. All of these tables were under $1000, and I was actually surprised to even find tables closer to $500!
Wayfair
Since starting doing interior design work Wayfair has become one of my favorite places to shop. Their selection is huge and their prices are really competitive. They’ve also got a lot of items that are exclusive to Wayfair that I’ve really been loving.
World Market
A few years ago we bought a table from World Market that I really loved. All of their furniture is really solid and I am always finding furniture with the modern edge that I love. I feel like the tables from World Market could easily be in a Fixer Upper reveal. They also run lots of sales and good coupon codes.
Target
Of course I couldn’t avoid Target while hunting for a table. Although they’re not known for having much large furniture, they have a lot more online than in stores. I actually really liked this table and it was affordable too.
So did you find a table you fell in love with?! If money was not an issue I probably would have done my shopping at West Elm, but by being forced to hunt for a deal I found a TON of tables I really love! Sometimes a smaller budget forces me to hunt hard and create a design I love even more! Where are your favorite places to buy furniture online?
