Hey All! With Valentine’s Day only 6 days away I wanted to share this Valentine’s Day Roundup of fun Ideas!
I definitely don’t go all out decorating for Valentine’s Day, but I do put up a few things that I’ve accumulated over the years. These three banners really pop against our black fireplace. Over on our built-ins I just added construction paper hearts to my cement houses! I also printed some Valentine’s Day photos from past years that I put into the picture frames.
My Favorite Valentines
This year we’re taking the easy route, and I just ordered my kiddos Valentine’s off of Amazon. Here are a few of my favorites that you can get on Prime!
Valentine’s Day Outfits
I don’t know if dressing up for Valentine’s Day is a thing where you live, but it sure is here! Here are a few things I found that are adorable!
Somehow I’ve become the “Fourth Grade Game Mom” and organize the games for all of the 4th grade parties. I love it though because I stick with games that keep kids laughing and moving. For Halloween my cup stacking game was a hit and at Christmas the reindeer headband toss was fun. For the Valentine’s “Friendship Party” we’re going to do a bunch of Conversation Sweetheart games.
- Stack 10 hearts as fast as you can.
- Move their hearts from one bowl to another the fastest using a straw
- Candy Heart Spoon Relay.
Valentine’s Day Dinner
When it comes to adult stuff, we don’t do much for Valentine’s Day, but we do have a tradition of putting the kids to bed early and cooking a crab dinner! This year I ordered these adorable crab bibs to add to our tradition! Typically I also make “Red Lobster Biscuits” and the Pioneer Woman’s “Pots De Creme” for dessert.
Whatever your plans are I hope you enjoyed this Valentine’s Day Roundup! Have a happy Valentine’s Day!
