Every day at about 3:10 PM I’ve got two tired and hungry boys whining “I’m HUNGRY”. I want to make sure that I’m giving them healthy snacks and these Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites are the ticket. The ingredients are SUPER simple, and the quantities are approximate.Print
Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Total Time: 5 mins
- Yield: 14 bites
- 1 cup quick cook oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup California Raisins
- 2 T. honey
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. vanilla
- Combine and mix all ingredients
- Roll into bites and place on parchment paper
- Refrigerate until cold
These were so simple to make that the boys did all the work!
