For those of you who have been following along, almost three years ago my parents bought a MAJOR project house to renovate in Duluth, Minnesota. We named it the “London Road Fixer Upper” and MAN was it a HUGE project! They’ve put tons of work and love into this house and today it hit the market! I present to you the London Road Fixer Upper Reveal!
Because the before and afters are SO dramatic, I love showing them to you side by side. Their listing agent has an amazing photographer who took all of the “after” photos. I only wish I would have taken more before photos.

I don’t have any before photos of the attic, but it was a completely unfinished space and it was ROUGH. Now it’s a gorgeous space with views of Lake Superior!
I also don’t have any basement before photos, but trust me, it’s come SO FAR!
Finally, I just HAVE to share these exterior photos. The coolest thing about this house is actually the piece of property that it’s situated on. It overlooks a creek with a waterfall and when you sit on the patio and side porch you can hear the trickle of the water. Also… my eleven year old helped my dad lay this entire paver patio, so I have to share it!
As I mentioned, the listing on this house went live today! If you’re interested here is the link! I know that this house is going to be hard for my parents to say goodbye to, but it’s also going to make someone VERY happy. 
I know there’s going to be questions about sources! The white throughout the house is Benjamin Moore Simply White. The dark color is Benjamin Moore “Wrought Iron”. My mom has used mostly period antiques and clearance deals but I’m including sources for the items that she’s sourced recently!

I stumbled into your blog after I sold this house to your parents. It was my late uncle’s home and my grandparents’ before that. I am amazed by the transformation! My grandma would be so proud to have it restored to a beautiful family home. She bought it in the 50s and it was a lovely home for that time and it’s time for it to have life in it again. Some family is going to be happy there. I am so glad you and your folks chose this house to put your blood sweat and tears into. Absolutely stunning work.
