Hi! If you’re visiting today as part of the Blogger Stylin’ Home Tour from SG Style, then welcome! I’m so grateful to Lindsay from The White Buffalo Styling Co. for hosting such a great tour! My home style is somewhere in between vintage/modern cozy! If you’re a regular BrightGreenDoor reader you’re in for round two of our summer home tour! Believe it or not a lot has actually changed in the last two weeks since sharing round one!
One of the biggest changes is that my blooms and bushes have been growing like crazy! Aren’t these iris’ just amazing?
Our front walk is lined with these amazing Hostas and Hydrangeas and I am in heaven with everything being so green!
Recently we shuffled some furniture, and set up these awesome loungers on our porch. Can you believe the set is only $120?! **this post contains some affiliate links**
This “Home Sweet Home” rug was a Mother’s Day gift that I’m still really loving.
Once you walk in our door you’re greeted by this vintage shoe stretcher coat rack. We’re definitely still in coat mode up here in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. I love having such a fun spot for our guests coats!
Our living room is where we all spend most of our time, I highlighted most of the sources in my “where we work and play” post!
These built-ins are so much fun to constantly tweak. Because we keep most of our books upstairs I get to use these mainly for decor… and our pet fish Buddy.
Our dining room is just off the living room, and is one of my favorite spaces in the house.
For summer I added these three tall pots, chargers, and some cloth napkins. The reality is that it will only look this way until our next meal, but I just love the way a freshly styled table looks!
The bar cart in the dining room has become my new favorite design staple! Here I shared all the details on how I staged it.
How great are these adorable napkins I grabbed at Target?
We’ve been enjoying having all of the cocktail ingredients at our fingertips and have been experimenting with tons of different vintage cocktails!
Just last week I painted our backsplash and added this beadboard panel to our pantry. Just adding a little white has completely brightened the entire kitchen!
The newest update to our main floor is that I JUST finished updating our little powder bathroom! I’ll share all the details soon, but the overhaul involved painting the mirror, vanity, tile, and walls! I love how bold the black paint is in such a small space!
I hope you enjoyed a look around our home as part of the Blogger Stylin’ Home Tours. If you’re looking for more summer home inspiration you’ll love what you find at the next stop on the tour: A Creative Day Blog. I hope that you leave inspired and ready to bring some summer fun into your home!
