This week I only hit some sales that opened on Thursday and then two sales on my way to the park Friday morning. I still found a lot of cool stuff though! My grand total came in at $41.50 which is more than my goal of $25 or less per week, but I guess that can make up for not going out last week!
Yes, this would be the second $3 vintage kitchen stool I’ve bought this summer, but I liked this one even more than the last, and it will be fun to clean them up and reupholster them!
Yes, this is also the second $1 matching ottoman I have purchased this summer. I just can’t pass them up! I think this one is going to get slipcovered though because it has a big tear on top.
I’m going to attempt this with this painting for the basement bathroom, any suggestions on what phrase I should use?
This sweater I actually walked right past and the lady having the sale noticed I was wearing a similar sweater and asked if I was interested, I totally love it too! It was like having a garage sale personal shopper!
This Oval mirror was purchased Friday and by Friday afternoon was spray painted white and mounted in the basement bathroom! As for the rubber boots…. I know I have a problem. I’ve bought the boys 4 pairs this summer (Pair 1, Pair 2, Pair 3)… but for a quarter how could I pass them up?!?!
The shirt will have a future life as an apron, western shirts are my favorite ones.
In this pile of boys clothes are 3 sweatshirts, 2 pairs sweatpants, 2 pairs swim trunks, 2 rash guards, 3 dress shirts, 2 pairs pajamas, 1 pair shorts, 2 pairs smart-wool socks, 1 pair jeans, and 4 t-shirts. Pretty good huh?
I bought the pillowcases to make dresses out of, but the white ones are so cute with the little green flowers that I think I’m going to put them on our guest bed!
